Engineering
The engineering of automation and wet chemical systems requires a deep understanding of complex production processes and the highest precision in execution. Our range of services in automation includes the design and implementation of control and handling systems that are seamlessly integrated into your wet chemical processes. In the field of wet chemical systems, this includes the design of tanks and piping systems as well as the integration of specific components for surface treatment, cleaning, etching processes and much more – always optimized through intelligent automation solutions. We put the greatest emphasis on the selection of suitable materials, compliance with the strictest quality guidelines and the development of systems that achieve maximum efficiency through a high degree of automation.
Production
On a production area of nearly 3,000 m², we realize the assembly of our standard and special systems under the highest quality and cleanliness standards. The assembly areas are clearly structured and designed for efficient processes – from mechanical and electrical assembly to final commissioning. In addition, modern areas for precision manufacturing and welding work are available to respond flexibly to individual requirements. Through experienced assembly teams, standardized processes and consistent quality assurance, we guarantee smooth assembly, testing and handover of every system – reliable, clean and on time.
Control & Software
We offer a comprehensive portfolio of control solutions that seamlessly adapt to your specific applications. For simple tasks, our reliable keypads with clear displays are available. For complex processes, we develop fully integrated software systems in close collaboration with our experienced partners. These powerful systems offer functions such as detailed recipe management, real-time trend analysis, MES integration for production optimization and the standardized GEM SECS interface for the semiconductor industry.
Documentation
Our documentation provides all information required for the safe and standards-compliant operation of a system – clear, complete and traceable. The standard scope includes flow diagrams (P&ID), operating instructions, parts lists and CE declarations of conformity. Upon request, we create supplementary documents, such as explosion protection concepts according to the ATEX directive or customer-specific operating documentation. We pay attention to a clear structure, unambiguous presentation and consistent formatting. This results in documentation that not only meets legal requirements, but also provides real added value in daily operation.

Piping
As a complement to our system projects, we undertake piping for a safe and efficient connection of all required media and disposal systems. This includes exhaust systems, drains, chemical supplies and DI water supplies, which are precisely tailored to the respective process requirements. All planning is carried out in CAD, enabling precise integration into the system layout. In our prefabrication, we prepare modules ready for assembly to shorten installation times and ensure clean, structured execution. This creates end-to-end system solutions that ensure functionality, safety and quality at every project phase.
