Gerry Knoch

Founder, Managing Director, Physicist (Dr. Dipl.-Phys.)

Moved from science to heading an industrial development team. Joining an engineering company focussing on chemical processing became his stepping stone into technical sales. He can build on almost 15 years of product marketing for and selling wet processing equipment to the photovoltaic (PV) industry.

Matthias Niese

Founder, Technical Director, Mechanical Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.)

more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and equipment design. Created the first large scale production equipment to process solar wafers at the roots of the PV boom. Has since established 4 successive generations of batch wet bench platforms, not just for high efficiency solar cells.

30 years of industrial experience, built his career from production to worldwide on-site installations. 10 years ago he transferred to supply chain management.

Jörg Franzke

more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and equipment design, joint the PV boom 15 years ago. Great in translating grand ideas into engineering solutions. More than 300 wet benches bear his handwriting.
